Inquiry By Design, Inc. (“IBD,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) knows how important it is for you to understand how your Personal Information (as defined below) is collected, used, processed, and shared. This Policy applies to all users of the IBD website, IBD’s content download portals, and professional learning services (“Services”). For the avoidance of confusion, “you” or “your” in this Policy refers exclusively to all adult users of the Services, including teachers, parents, and administrators accessing, using, or receiving our Services. We do not knowingly collect Personal Information from children under the age of 13.

You are accessing, using, or receiving our Services when you:

  • Access or use the IBD Digital Toolkit (a content download website/portal available via our applications and/or services ending in “inquirybydesign.com”) to access and download IBD learning materials (typically PDF files) for use in your professional capacity; or
  • Communicate with us, such as by submitting a question through our website; registering for and/or attending an event; corresponding with us by phone, email, or otherwise; subscribing to one of our mailing lists, newsletters, or other forms of marketing communications; or providing information requested by us to comply with our professional obligations.

Personal Information we collect from you or your School may include:

  • Payment information (if applicable, such as when purchasing materials or registering for an event).

  • Information provided in response to surveys and promotions we make available to you.
